As the Founder and CEO of Green Grotto HR, my mission is to provide Rochester, New York based companies with an effective, low cost alternative to traditional employee recruiting services. We work with your hiring managers to define the role and manage all aspects of the recruiting process. We also ensure your human resource processes are current with ever changing regulations. Additionally, we provide services and programs aimed at creating an exceptional work environment for employees, and we measure success through employee retention metrics.
